The Concept: Unique luxury sunrise villa  
The luxury Santorini villa, Celadon, will be your private paradise for the summer! Located in Pyrgos Kallistis, in the middle of the island, it offers the chance to be wherever you want to in no time! Celadon is a renovated heritage property of ingenious design; the original structure was built as a lime kiln, that has been restored and incorporated into the unique design of the stunning villa you see today. The views from the villa terrace down to the sea and the village of Kamari, as well as the mountain of Profitis Ilias rising at one side, offer peace and seclusion, away from the crowds of the caldera. It is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious vacation on Santorini Island.

Outdoors
The large outdoor areas feature a private infinity pool, full sea views, a separate stone-built outdoor jacuzzi on a raised platform, a shaded lounge area under a pergola, and luxurious sun beds and umbrellas. The upper suite has its own terrace as well with table and benches for outdoor snacks and morning coffee and the main house has a larger table and chairs for candlelit dining under the stars. Celadon is surrounded by local plants and herb bushes and there is even a small roof terrace for your morning yoga to salute the sunrise.

Indoors
The villa was designed following Cycladic traditional architecture using eco-friendly materials. The old cylindrical kiln is converted into the living and kitchen space, with a shaded skylight to flood the room with natural light. Celadon is designed so that each room has the same exceptional views. The villa features a large bay-windowed master bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, large living room with marble and glass dining table, satellite TV, comfortable armchairs, and a mural sofa. Next to the main house, with its own separate entrance, is the second bedroom suite with en-suite walk-in shower and sea views. Finally, on a raised level above the pool is the independent suite with 3 more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Good to know    
Celadon is centrally located so you can be wherever you wish in no time, and the villa comes with a complimentary hire car, so you can explore the island. Visit Kamari Beach with the black volcanic sand, water sports and waterside taverns only 4.4 km away, and the picture-perfect village of Oia is 19 km to the north.
