The Concept: Secluded Romance
Princess is a luxury Santorini villa on slopes of the highest point of the island, under the Monastery of Profitis Ilias in Pyrgos. 1 of 4 exclusive units, set in the private grounds of an extensive terraced estate, on the lower level. This is a retreat of peace and tranquility, of local plants and trees, of stylish modern living blended with nature, for those who want to enjoy their honeymoon and Santorini from above.

Outdoors
As you drive up the side of the mountain and see the monastery above you and Perissa laid out below, you come to the gates of the terraced private estate.  Princess is on the lower slopes and up external steps, and at the back of the villa facing the sea is your private terrace. The terrace has the wow factor, the handcrafted infinity outdoor heated pool has a sunken lounge area, so nothing disturbs the views from inside the villa. There is a hammock for siestas, beanbag loungers, and a wooden table and dining chairs for al fresco eating under the sunshade, with curtains for extra privacy. The view is mesmerizing, seas, sky, clouds and if the weather is right the outline of Crete on the horizon.

Interior Design
Princess is an open-plan Cycladic designer living space, full of bright white light and pale wood tones, the furniture and fittings are top class, with all the mod cons for luxury living. There is the kitchen and sitting area, and through the arch the king size bedroom with an anatomic mattress and pillow menu for the perfect sleep. The stylish double bathroom has walk-in large rain shower and double washbasin, luxury bath products and robes & slippers, everything you need for upscale pampering and revitalization.

Good to know
The Profitis Ilias Monastery is on the highest point of the island of the island, 567 meters, on the top of the mountain of the same name. Visit the gardens of the monastery and the chapel, there is a small gift shop selling local craft products to support the cloistered monks who still live there today, and the panoramic views of the island are unparalleled.
